Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
- Pricing is for orders within the Continental United States. All other orders
will be calculated on a per order basis.
- We ship Fed Ex ground unless otherwise specified.
- Sales tax will be applied to all Washington State residents
- All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with
our products you may return unused or defective products for full replacement
or refund.
- Returned items must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shepard Moon Concoctions
does not offer refunds after 30 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the
original invoice along with a short note with contact number telling us why you
are returning the item.
- A minimum restocking fee of $5 or 15% will be charged on all returned items and
will be reflected on the amount credited to your account. Restocking fees will
be waived for defective products or products damaged by shipping.
- You will receive credit for the price of the products returned plus taxes minus
the original shipping costs.
- Because of variations in administrative practices of credit card companies, please
allow up to two full billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Returns that do not meet the above standards will be refused.
